This is the best place to stay!
In general: My husband and I wanted to go to Wilmington for our anniversary. We looked at hotels and couldn't find one we really liked. WSR came up and we loved it from the first photo. We wanted a kitchen so we could have some meals in our condo and the kitchen here was fully stocked! Utensils, cookware, dinnerware, drink wear and even a Keurig with coffee and creamer! The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and towels. The water pressure was amazing! The bedroom was spacious and the bed was so comfy. The bedding was very nice and we slept incredibly well. We also had an amazing view from our balcony and the live concert on the Riverfront was great to enjoy from the comfort of our own place. I could go on and on about how great this place is but I think you should just book your stay here and see for yourself! Location and surroundings: WSR is in a prime location for shopping, dining and drinking. You can literally park your vehicle in the parking lot and walk everywhere. You are a block away from Front St. which is where most things are. If you are into history, the USS North Carolina is across the river from WSR. Service: We booked our stay online and conversed with the property manager via text. The check-in was through a code on a lock box and the keys were in there. The parking pass was on the cabinet in the hall of the condo. Although we never got face to face service, everything was perfect. Dining: There are many restaurants within walking distance of WSR. There is a bagel shop on the ground level as well. Sports and leisure: Again, everything is within walking distance unless you want to hot the beach. The beaches are not far away at all and neither is shopping malls. Room: The room beat our expectations ten fold! Useful tips: Bring extra toilet paper (just an FYI).
